OK, if you right click the start button, a black, vertical listing pops up on the left side of my screen. Text only. What I'm trying to do is get the words "Control Panel" back into this list itself. All you can do is scale everything, by right clicking your desktop, choose Display Settings and choose an option in 'Scale and Layout' or click Custom Scaling This is not ideal as everything scales and that is not what a lot of users want.
